AV Man Gets Probation For Sexual Misconduct Against Girl, 13
He was sentenced last week to 10 years of probation after being found guilty of third degree criminal sexual misconduct.
APPLE VALLEY, MN — An Apple Valley man was recently sentenced to 10 years of probation by Dakota County District Court after being found guilty of third degree criminal sexual misconduct.
Brandon Corbett, 18, was charged in June after being accused of raping a 13-year-old girl and bragging about it on social media, according to reports.
He may not contact the 13-year-old or have any contact with female minors without authorization from his supervising agent, officials said.

Corbett must also register as a predatory offender and pay a $130 fine, according to documents.
He was sentenced by Judge Jamie L. Cork, the document reads.
