Apple Valley Police Chief Will Retire March 31: Report

APPLE VALLEY, MN — Apple Valley's police chief recently announced that he will retire on March 31, according to a report by Sun Thisweek.
By the end of his career, Jon Rechtzigel, 58, will have spent nearly 35 years in law enforcement, the publication reported.
Rechtzigel was originally hired by Apple Valley Police Department in 1987, the report said.
