On Wednesday, investigators said they executed a search warrant at the Randolph home of Anderson’s boyfriend, 42-year-old Matthew Suttles.
Suttles had an active, felony body-only arrest warrant out of Le Sueur County for a probation violation, authorities said. Suttles' criminal history includes numerous drug and other convictions.

As of Wednesday, Suttles was a person of interest in the Anderson case, and his property was one that Anderson frequented, investigators noted.
Suttles was not present at the time of the search warrant, but he turned himself in a short time later, authorities said.
Suttles was arrested on his warrant and questioned about Anderson’s disappearance, according to investigators. Suttles is being held in the Dakota County Jail and will be released to Le Sueur County on his warrant, according to investigators.
"Suttles is not being held on criminal charges related to Ms. Anderson’s disappearance," the sheriff's office said. "We continue our exhaustive efforts to locate Ms. Anderson. This remains an active investigation and no further information will be released at this time."
