Burger From Apple Valley Eatery Gets High Praise

APPLE VALLEY, MN — Have you eaten at new Apple Valley eatery Farmer and the Fishmonger? Food critic at The Minneapolis Star Tribune Joy Summers recommends the "house blend flat-top burger."

"This burger ($14) takes farm-to-table seriously," Summers praises. "The meat is entirely sourced from a small Minnesota farm collective created to supply just this one restaurant. These aren't big operations, but farmers who care deeply for their land and animals."
