Charges for Graduation Party Fight Filed Against 8 Juveniles, 1 Adult
The charges are a range of misdemeanors, petty misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors, including an assault charge.

Eight juveniles and one adult are facing criminal charges in Dakota County related to at the on June 1.
The names and court dates for the juveniles are not made publicly available, per Minnesota law, according to a press release from the Dakota County Attorney's Office.

Charges against the eight juveniles are as follows, according to the press release:
- A 15-year-old from Apple Valley is charged with gross misdemeanor fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct
- A 15-year-old from Brooklyn Park is charged with gross misdemeanor providing a false name to an officer and misdemeanor disorderly conduct
- A 17-year-old from Apple Valley is charged with petty misdemeanor disorderly conduct
- A 17-year-old from Apple Valley is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct
- A 17-year-old from Minneapolis is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct
- A 16-year-old from Minneapolis is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct
- A 16-year-old from Jordan is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct
- A 14-year-old from Jordan is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct
Emmanuel Riley, 18, of , is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct related to the incident, and will be prosecuted by the city, the press release says. A court appearance is scheduled for July 27.
