Organizers have planned a Tuesday event to celebrate Apple Valley gaining status as a yellow ribbon community, providing resources to military members and families.
The City of Apple Valley and the Apple Valley Yellow Ribbon Network are inviting all members of the Apple Valley community to attend a celebration proclaiming the City of Apple Valley a Yellow Ribbon Community.
