Feds: Apple Valley Man Faces up to 25 Years for Getting Ecstasy from Germany
A local man has been arrested on felony drug charges.

Authorities say they arrested an Apple Valley man after he allegedly imported ecstasy from Freren, Germany.
Dakota County authorities have tied Johanathan Ray Feliciano, 29, to a package containing MDMA; a synthetic, psychoactive drug commonly known as ecstasy or "molly." Federal agents intercepted the delivery from Germany on July 21 at John F. Kennedy international Airport in New York, New York, according to a CBS report.
U.S. Custom and Border Protection authorities conducted a "controlled delivery" of the package to Feliciano's Apple Valley residence and thereafter, executed a search warrant. He reportedly tried flushing drugs down his toilet.
