5 Things Rosemount Residents Should Know: An RHS Memorial Dedication and Homecoming Game
Here's what is going on in Rosemount today and other tidbits for Oct. 7.

- The National Weather Service says there’s a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. today. Otherwise, skies will be partly sunny, with a high near 81, and it will remain breezy, with south-southeast winds from 13 to 16 mph, increasing to 26 to 29 mph. The chance of showers and thunderstorms increases to 30 percent tonight, mainly after 1 a.m., with a low around 63 and more breezy conditions.
- It’s homecoming weekend at Rosemount High School: Apple Valley visits Rosemount for a varsity football game at 7 tonight. A will take place before the game to honor RHS alumni who have died in military service since the school opened in 1918.
