Kelley Park Splash Pad Hours Change Due To Drought
The city said this change will help it conserve water.
APPLE VALLEY, MN — Due to drought conditions in Minnesota, the city of Apple Valley announced that the hours of Kelley Park Splash Pad would be changing to conserve water.
Beginning Monday, the splash pad will be open from noon to 7 p.m. daily, the city said.
The city said it is making this change to help conserve water.

The city also encouraged residents to limit non-essential water usage such as sprinklers and other irrigation.
There are also water usage limits in place throughout Apple Valley.

Using sprinklers or irrigation systems between 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. is prohibited
