Plans Submitted For Houses In Rosemount: Report

ROSEMOUNT, MN — Eden Prairie-based Builders Lot LLC recently submitted plans to develop farmland in Rosemount into 49 single-family homes, according to a report by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

The 17.5-acre development is south of Bonaire Path and east of Akron Avenue, the publication reported.

Construction is expected to begin in the late spring or early summer if the project is approved, the report said.
