Spring has sprung, and with more warm and sunny days in the area, garage sales are also springing to life (did you make it over to the huge collection of at the end of April?).

Posting your garage sale on Apple Valley Patch is easy. And free. Free.

All you have to do is click the Events tab near the top of any Apple Valley Patch page, and then click the green "Add an Event" link on the right side of the page; if you haven't created your Patch user name using your email address and a password, it will prompt you to do so.

Enter as little or as much as you would like, but be sure to enter your address and check the "Garage Sales" box under categories. When you're all done, click on the "Post My Event" button at the bottom of the screen, and voila!

You can even upload photos of the items you're selling.
