Property Tax Levy In Dakota County To Stay Flat In 2022: Report

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — The Dakota County Board of Commissioners approved a $289.5 million operating budget for 2022 earlier this week, according to a report by The St. Paul Pioneer Press.

The budget will keep the property tax levy flat, at $144.6 million, for 2022, the publication reported.

The 2022 budget is a 1.4 percent decrease from current spending, the report said.
