RAVE Brass Movie-Themed Concert Will Be April 24

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — RAVE Brass, made up of musicians from Rosemount, Apple Valley and Eagan, announced that it will play a free concert April 24.

The concert will begin at 3 p.m. at Rosemount's Steeple Center, and will include songs from popular movies, the group said.

RAVE Brass said that it is a brass ensemble that is part of Rosemount Community Band. It plays throughout Rosemount and surrounding cities at various venues, the ensemble said.

Rosemount Community Band recently named Thomas Maeck, former director of Eagan High School's band program, its new director following the retirement of previous director John Zschunke.
