Rich Valley Golf Course To Become Business Park: Report

ROSEMOUNT, MN — Rich Valley Golf Course in Rosemount, which closed last year, will soon become a business park, according to a report by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

Scannell Properties recently bought 120 acres of the property for nearly $12 million, and now owns the whole property, the publication reported.

One of the tenants of the business park will be a FedEx distribution center, according to the report.
