Rosemount To Host Tree Giveaway Saturday
The giveaway will be at 10 a.m. at the city's Public Works Garage.
ROSEMOUNT, MN — The city of Rosemount announced that it is holding a tree giveaway Saturday for Arbor Day.
The giveaway will be at 10 a.m. at the city's Public Works Garage, the city said. The trees will all be between six and eight feet, according to the city's website.
The trees are bare root and will need to be planted within 24 hours of the giveaway, the city said.

Residents must call “Gopher State One Call” at 651-454-0002 at least 72 hours before digging, the city said. If you are receiving a tree, it would be a good idea to call a day or two before picking it up.
