Rosemount PD Creates Emergency Response Decals Program

The purpose of the decals is to alert first responders that they could be interacting with somebody who needs special considerations.

ROSEMOUNT, MN — Rosemount Police Department announced that it has created an Emergency Response Decals program.

The decals should be displayed on the refrigerator or on the inside of your front door, police said.

The consideration that decals have been created for include:

  • Autism/Special Needs
  • Deaf/Hearing Impaired
  • Dementia/Alzheimer’s
  • Diabetic
  • Brain Injury/PTSD

The decals can be picked up in the police station lobby during business hours, city officials said. They can also be ordered online here.
