Single-Family Housing Proposed For Apple Valley: Report

APPLE VALLEY, MN — A small, single-family home development has been proposed in Apple Valley's Woodwinds neighborhood, according to a report by Sun Thisweek.

McNearney Custom Homes wants to build six single-family lots on a land parcel at the northeast corner of 140th Street West and Pilot Knob Road, the report said.

The property currently has around 150 trees, and 40-50 percent of the trees would need to be removed if the development is approved, the publication reported.
