Uponor To Expand Lakeville Distribution Center

LAKEVILLE, MN — Uponor North America, based in Apple Valley, recently announced that it will be expanding its Lakeville distribution center by 57,000 square feet.

Construction to expand the building will begin in August and is scheduled to be completed June 2022, the company said.

The $5 million project will be contracted by RJ Ryan, Uponor said.

Uponor is also expanding its Hutchinson facility, and said the project will be completed in May 2022.

These two expansions will bring Uponor's total square footage in its buildings to 1 million square feet, the company said.
