Uponor Names New President of North American Operations

Plumbing, fire safety and heating and cooling supplier Uponor has named Bill Gray president of Uponor North America, effective Wednesday, according to a news release. He'll be based at the company's North America headquarters in Apple Valley, where about 380 people are employed.

Since June, Gray has been vice president of sales for Uponor North America, the release says. Before that, he oversaw all of Uponor's Canadian operations, and has a 17-year background in sales and marketing.

“We strongly believe his leadership and knowledge of our systems, products, markets and emerging opportunities will continue to build upon Uponor’s growth and momentum in North America," Uponor President and CEO Jyri Luomakoski said in the release.
