Urban Farming Discussion on Tap at Galaxie Library

Want to learn a few tricks of the urban farming trade?

Michael Pursell, the creator of Growing Lots Urban Farm in the heart of Minneapolis, will lead a presentation on urban farming from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on March 27 at Galaxie Library in Apple Valley.

Pursell will give an overview of urban farming ideas, community supported agriculture and the many benefits and innovations of growing your own food through small-scale sustainable agriculture.

The event is free and open to the public.
