Watering Restrictions To Go Into Effect Sunday In Apple Valley

Watering your lawn between 11 a.m.-6 p.m. is prohibited until Sept. 30.

APPLE VALLEY, MN — The city of Apple Valley announced that watering restrictions for lawns would go into effect on Sunday.

Watering your lawn between 11 a.m.-6 p.m. is prohibited from May 1-Sept. 30, the city said.

The restrictions don't apply to hand-watering plants, vehicle washing or children's water toys, according to the city.
