Aug. 1

• BPD arrested a , AL for kidnapping, deprivation of parental rights, aiding an offender to avoid arrest and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• BPD responded to an address on Birnamwood Drive upon receiving a report of a missing person. The case has been cleared.

• BPD responded to both the 14000 block of Buck Hill Road and the 12000 block of Upton Avenue South after receiving reports of a second-degree burglary.

• BPD assisted in resolving two reports of found property, one at City Hall and another in the 500 block of Traveler's Trail East.

• BPD arrested a Bloomington woman, 20, for fourth-degree DWI.

• BPD arrested a 37-year-old Burnsville man for a third-degree DWI. 

• BPD assisted in the service of three warrants for arrest.

• BPD responded to reports of property damage in the 700 block of Southcross Drive West.

• BPD arrested a Burnsville man, 19, for driving without a valid license and a traffic offense.

• BPD arrested a 19-year-old Minneapolis man for theft and tampering with a motor vehicle.

• BPD assisted in the service of three warrants for arrest.

• BPD responded to reports of disorderly conduct in the 14000 block of Irving Avenue.

• BPD responded to a report of lost property in the 13000 block of Nicolett Avenue South.

• BPD responded to two reports of property damage — first- and third-degree — on the 14000 block of Burnhaven Drive and the 12000 block of Nicolett, respectively.

• BPD arrested a juvenile for theft in the 14000 block of Portland Avenue South.

• BPD arrested man for criminal sexual conduct in the third- and fourth-degree. 

• BPD arrested a Burnsville man, 27, for possession of marijuana in a moving vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• BPD responded to reports of property damage on the 13000 block of Upton Avenue South.

Aug. 5

• BPD arrested a 36-year-old New Market woman for DWI.

• BPD responded to a medical emergency in the 3000 block of Brookview Drive.

• BPD arrested a Bloomington man, 20, for second-degree assault with a deadly weapon and domestic assault.

• BPD arrested a 37-year-old Burnsville woman for first-degree property damage (damage exceeding $1,000 in value).

• BPD arrested a for endangering an animal and leaving his dog unattended in a moving vehicle.
