• BPD arrested a Burnsville woman, 28, for theft.

• BPD responded to reports of a lost person in the 900 block of McAndrews Road. The case is now listed as inactive.

• BPD arrested a 44-year-old local man for driving a motorized bike on the sidewalk while intoxicated.

• BPD arrested a 20-year-old Eagan man on a host of charges: Underage liquor consumption, receiving stolen property, tampering with a motor vehicle, and financial transaction card fraud.
