U.S. Rep. Craig Applauds 'Lower Food and Fuel Costs Act'
It contains several of her bills including the Year Round Fuel Choice Act and the Strengthening the Agriculture and Food Supply Chain Act.

MINNESOTA — U.S. Representative Angie Craig applauded the House of Representatives Tuesday for bringing the Lower Food and Fuel Costs Act to the floor for a vote.
The vote is two weeks after she and other Democrats prioritized legislation that would address rising costs of food and gas, she said.
The Act includes two of Craig's bills, she said: the Year Round Fuel Choice Act and the Strengthening the Agriculture and Food Supply Chain Act.

The Lower Food and Fuel Costs Act will address supply chain risks, lower food and gas costs, strengthen the food supply chain and ensure competition in meat and poultry sectors, Craig said.
“Taking this type of decisive action to lower prices for working families is exactly what my colleagues and I have been asking our leadership to pursue,” Craig said. “The American people are looking to their leaders to identify and enact commonsense solutions to address surging costs – and I am pleased to see such tangible efforts included in this package.”
