The show is described as a "highly interactive, bilingual and entertaining" rendition of Cervantes' most famous character.The show starts at 10 a.m.  In other news:• The Eagan Area Business Council meets at the Wescott Library on Thursday, Aug. 15, at 7:30 a.m.• The city council will discuss the 2014 proposed city budget during an informal meeting  on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at 5:30 p.m.
