Eagan Data Center Sold To Singapore Company For $9M

EAGAN, MN — Florida-based Sila Reality Trust Inc. sold its Eagan data center off of Neil Armstrong Boulevard on July 22 for $9 million, Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal reported.

The buyer was Singapore-based Mapletree Investments, which has a U.S. office in New York, the publication reported.

Sila Reality Trust Inc. recently sold 29 of its data centers to Mapletree Investments for $1.3 billion, the report said.
