Eagan's Food Truck Festival To Return Next Friday

EAGAN, MN — After a year apart, Eagan's Food Truck Festival will return on Friday, Aug. 13 at 4 p.m., the city of Eagan said.

Over 20 food trucks will be at the event at Eagan's Festival Grounds(1501 Central Parkway), representing foods from across the world, the city said.

Local craft beers such as Angry Inch, Bald Man, and Spiral Brewing will also be available at the festival, the city said.

The festival will also feature live performances from country singer/songwriter Todd Hurst at 4 p.m. and cover band Viva Knievel at 6:30 p.m., the city said.

• Butcher Salt
• Pretty Great Cheesecake

Over 14,000 people visited Eagan's Food Truck Festival in 2019, the city said.
