The 195-acre Eagan site is the former home of Northwest Airlines' corporate complex located just south of Interstate 494 and east of Dodd Road.

When the team makes the official move to the practice facility in 2018, it will have spent about 37 years in its current Eden Prairie center, which it has outgrown.
