Changes Coming To Home Depot, Schussler Barn and Eden Prairie Road

In a recent blog post, City Manager Rick Getschow previewed some local renovation and construction projects:

• The City Council and Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Commission 
• The City Council recently approved reconstructing Eden Prairie Road south of Pioneer Trail. The cost of the majority of the project, which includes new sewer and water utilities, will be paid by the owners of adjacent properties. The Eden Prairie News reported that residents concerned about those assessments attended the Nov. 20 City Council meeting.
• Home Depot wants to add a truck rental area and add to its garden center.
• The International School of Minnesota is adding new residence halls and a "potential administration building."
• Steve Schussler, owner of the Schussler Barn, wants to transform the building into the "Green Acres Event Center."
