• Longtime Eden Prairie School Board executive assistant retires - Eden Prairie Local News (eplocalnews.org) — Eden Prairie Schools is saying goodbye to longtime executive assistant Brenda Haynes, who retired after serving the superintendent and School Board since 2011. Board members and Superintendent Josh Swanson praised her dedication to families and staff, while announcing staffing coordinator Camille Hallen will step into the role supporting future board work.
   

• ICE activity prompts police calls in Eden Prairie (eplocalnews.org) — Eden Prairie police say they’ve fielded several recent calls about people believed to be federal immigration agents operating in the city, including traffic incidents and an arrest near local apartment complexes. While stressing they don’t participate in federal immigration enforcement, police emphasize resident safety, protester rights, and unchanged policies that bar officers from inquiring about or acting solely on immigration status.
   

• Eden Prairie boys hockey honors teachers, faces No. 1 Minnetonka (eplocalnews.org) — Eden Prairie boys hockey used Teacher Appreciation Night at Eden Prairie Community Center to honor about 20 Eden Prairie High School teachers before falling 3-0 to top-ranked Minnetonka. Senior captain and goalie Bennett Wilmer made 38 saves and recognized Spanish teacher Megan VanZuilen on the ice. The Eagles next travel to Hopkins for a Saturday afternoon matchup.
