• City Council OKs Dave's Hot Chicken, Wings Credit Union (eplocalnews.org) — Eden Prairie’s City Council has given initial approval for a new Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurant at Prairie Village Shopping Center and a Wings Credit Union branch in the Cub Foods parking lot off Den Road. Both projects still need one more council vote, but plans already detail building layouts, parking changes, and tree replacement, signaling tangible changes ahead for nearby shoppers and commuters.
