
Between July 6-21, 232 drivers got speeding tickets in Eden Prairie, one of the highest numbers in the state.
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety coordinated a speed enforcement campaign with 328 law enforcement agencies which cited 17,415 motorists for driving over the speed limit, according to a recent blog from the Eden Prairie Police Department.
The fastest speed clocked during the campaign was 148 mph in the Mankato area; the highest speed recorded in Eden Prairie was 91 mph.
