A new bar and grill is joining the Eden Prairie dining scene. <a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Tavern-4-5/406739916083609?fref=ts" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Tavern 4 &amp; 5</a> will open on Tuesday, April 30 for dinner, in the former Prairie Ale House and before that, Timberlodge Steak House (16396 Wagner Way). The name "Tavern 4 &amp; 5" refers to the crossroads, located at County Road 4 (Eden Prairie Road) and Highway 5. Staff describes the place as "a new American tavern offering a flavorful twist of classic pub fare." Signatures will include a rotisserie, a woodfire pizza oven and craft beer.  The owners are well-known businessmen Pat Woodring and Scott Foster of the Eden Prairie-based Nova Group. The price range for breakfast and lunch is $7-12. The dinner price range will be $15-22. Happy hours will take place twice a day: 3-6 p.m. and a late night happy hour. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served every day of the week. After an April 30 opening for dinner, Tavern 4 &amp; 5 will open for breakfast the next day.
