Survived by loving wife of 59 years Paula; children, Laura (Keith) Valentine, Theresa Kelly, Karen (Harlan) Bowser, Patrick (Mary Flor) Kelly, Lawrence Kelly, Susan (Richard) Pope and Brendan Kelly; ten grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Maurer and Sharon Nett; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Preceded in death by brother, Tom Kelly.
A retired 25 year Mpls firefighter, achieving the rank of Captain, Don treasured his friendships with his compatriots and the community. A member of the American Legion, he was an avid bridge player and sportsman. He loved spending time with his family.
