Survived by sons, David (Debbie) and Jeff (Cindy); daughter-in-law, Cheryl; brother, Jack (Audrey) Smith; sister-in-law, Elaine Smith; many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by husband, Stanley; son, Daniel; parents, Ralph and Minnie Smith; and brother, Roger Smith.
Interment will be held at Lakewood Cemetery.
