The 2013-14 legislative session kicked off Tuesday morning, Jan. 8, with Edina's newly elected officials taking over at the Capitol. In addition to State Reps. Ron Erhardt (DFL) and Paul Rosenthal (DFL), Sen. Melisa Franzen (DFL) is taking over a previously Republican spot for Edina.
