Edina High School graduate Connor Hurley was selected in the second round of Sunday's 2013 NHL Draft by the Buffalo Sabres with the 38th overall pick.

Hurley was the first Minnesota high school player taken in Sunday's draft. He scored 15 goals and tallied 28 assists during his senior year at Edina High School.
