Car Tires Slashed in Perkins Parking Lot
A pair of thefts from auto were also reported outside of 5050 France Avenue.

Thursday, Oct. 11
- Police responded to the 5000 block of Summit Avenue on a report of theft. A license plate valued at $20 was stolen from a vehicle parked in a lot.
- Police responded to Mister Car Wash on a report of theft from auto. A $450 cell phone was reported stolen from a vehicle at the car wash.
- Police responded to Southdale Center on a report of theft. A $500 cell phone was reported stolen from a victim while at the shopping center.
- Police responded to 5050 France Avenue on a report of theft from auto. A vehicle window was reportedly broken by an unknown suspect to gain access to a laptop and briefcase, valued at $1,592 in total.
- A 13-year-old boy was issued a citation for runaway in the 6600 block of Cornelia Drive.

- Luke Samuel Wilhelm, 27, of Excelsior, was arrested for 3rd degree DWI after a traffic accident at the intersection of Hwy. 100 and Hwy. 62.
- Police responded to the 3200 block of 76th Street West on a report of a disturbance.
- Police responded to the 7400 block of Metro Boulevard on a report of a found wallet.
- Police responded to the 6300 block of Barrie Road on a report of theft by swindle. A victim wired $4,100 in cash as part of a fraudulent rental scam.
- A 16-year-old boy was issued a citation for underage consumption after police found him drinking in the parking lot of Walnut Ridge Park.
- Police responded to the 5050 France Avenue on a report of theft from auto. An unknown suspect broke the window of a vehicle and stole a cell phone, iPad and iPod, valued at $900 in total.
Saturday, Oct. 13
- Hector Perez Caballero, of Richfield, was arrested for 4th degree DWI after his vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Xerxes Avenue and Heritage Drive.
- Police responded to Perkins on a report of property damage. An unknown person slashed the tires of a vehicle parked in the lot of the restaurant, with total damage estimated at $600.
- A 20-year-old woman was issued a citation for underage consumption at Fairview Southdale Hospital.
- Police responded to the 7700 block of Lochmere Terrace on a report of a domestic disturbance.
- Police responded to the 6900 block of York Avenue on a report of an attempt to fill a forged prescription.
- Police responded to the 4200 block of Crocker Avenue on a report of a verbal domestic disturbance.
