Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival 2012 Results: Edina's Finishers

The race started with 27 riders in 1983. This year, 1,850 riders rode the 40 miles to finish at Telemark Resort. Another 900 riders were to start concurrently in downtown Cable in the 16-mile Short & Fat and also finish at Telemark.

Kimo Seymour, 44, was Edina's top finisher in the regular race, finishing in 41st place overall with a time of 2:14:35.

A pair of local riders—Edina's Adam Froemming and Bloomington resident Kevin Ishaug—also took the top spot in the Chequamegon 40 Tandem race. They finished with a time of 2:16:50, averaging out to 17.9 mph during the race.
