Combing Craigslist: Louis Vuitton Boxes, Stained Glass Windows

New Year, New You

So it's 2013, in case you missed that memo. Did you—like just about everyone else—make a resolution to get more in shape this year? Pick up a gently used Diamondback 1150 Series Elliptical machine for a mere $400. The local seller said the machine is in "excellent condition" and retails for $1,899 brand new. According to that same seller, the machine boasts a "professional" feel and allows big, longer strides. The elliptical can be all yours for cash, provided you're willing to haul it away.

Designer Boxes

A set of three Louis Vuitton tie boxes and one Louis Vuitton belt box with an accompanying flanel dust bag are on sale for $49 in cash. The boxes are in "like new" condition, each one boasting a pull out drawer equipped with a leather strap. The original tissue paper is included with the boxes, which are each emblazoned with "LOUIS VUITTON" on the top.

In addition to the boxes, the set includes a drawstring flannel dust bag that originally came with the belt. Prospective buyers can send their name and phone number to the seller to make a deal.

High Definition Video Player

If you've been waiting to take the plunge into high definition video, a Sony BDP-S300 Blu-Ray Player is on sale for $40 through Craigslist. The Blu-Ray player has component out, 5.1 channel output, audio out and HDMI out. It doesn't come with a remote, but the seller says it will work with any universal remote you might already have. 

Something Borrowed, New

One local seller is trying to find the right home for a "gorgeous wedding dress" she purchased at David's Bridal. After buying two dresses, she ultimately decided to wear a different one for her big day. A never-worn, unaltered dress with the tags still on it—size 10—is available for $225 in cash. Stained Glass Special

A pair of two stained glass windows are on sale for $500 cash. The windows depict birds, branches and leaves and must be sold together. The dimensions of the windows are 23 inches by 65 inches, with the window frames filled with clear, transparent glass.
