A 61-year-old St. Paul man has been banned from the Southdale Library for choking a librarian. The man was sleeping in the library computer lab on Sept. 22. When a librarian touched the man to wake him, he grabbed her by the neck. The man was cited for fifth-degree assault and banned from the Southdale Library.
