Edina is hosting an open house Wednesday to discuss the future of parking in the 50th and France area. The city hired the consulting firm Kimley-Horn and Associates to look into parking space efficiency, consider aesthetic changes to the "streetscape," and study options for expanding the North Ramp and for improving the South and Middle ramps.  Kimley-Horn will share information about a feasibility study with the public from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Mozza Mia Pizza Pie &amp; Mozzarella Bar, in the lower level banquet room.
