The 3,600 square foot upper level would include a community room, employee lounge and a rooftop patio.A vacant building formerly occupied by the Szechuan Star Restaurant would be demolished to make room for the bank.Think Mutual is hoping to begin construction in April 2014, with a completion date in December 2014.
