Toddler Found Unresponsive in Edina Hot Tub
Officials are looking into what might have led to a 2-year-old passing out in a hot tub at an Edina housing complex.

A 2-year-old Minneapolis boy is in the care of doctors at an area hospital after being found unconscious in a hot tub at an Edina condo complex on Saturday, March 12.
The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office reports the boy was discovered at approximately 2:30 p.m. at a condominium complex in the 7000 block of Lewis Ridge Parkway. and the Sheriff's Office both responded to the complex, where the boy's family members had already started performing CPR.
The boy was transported to , but was later taken to the University of Minnesota Medical Center for further treatment. Hospital officials were unable to provide an update on the boy's condition.

Lisa Kiava, public information officer with the Sheriff's Office, said it was not immediately clear whether the hot tub was located inside the complex or was outdoors.
"From the description I'm thinking it was indoors, but I don't want to assume that," Kiava said.
