• Students push key policy ideas forward (hometownsource.com) — Forest Lake students from Lakes International Language Academy joined peers statewide at the Changemakers Youth Policy Forum at the Minnesota Capitol, helping set four priorities on mental health, housing, gun violence, and postsecondary options. Their ideas will now be developed into bipartisan bills they hope the 2026 Legislature will adopt, giving local youth a direct voice in future state policy.
