Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on March 16, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on March 28, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.

The public hearing will consider a Text Amendment, (TA #22-01), to the zoning code, by the City of Fridley, to allow Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on residentially zoned detached single-family properties within the City of Fridley. An ADU is a subordinate, habitable, permanent dwelling unit that may be attached to a principal dwelling or detached in the rear yard.Β
