Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a City Code Amendment to the Zoning Code by the City of Fridley 

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on March 16, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on March 28, 2022 at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.

The public hearing will consider a Text Amendment, (TA #22-01), to the zoning code, by the City of Fridley, to allow Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) on residentially zoned detached single-family properties within the City of Fridley. An ADU is a subordinate, habitable, permanent dwelling unit that may be attached to a principal dwelling or detached in the rear yard. 

Any person desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity at the above stated time and placed. Or, comments may be submitted before the meeting to stacy.stromberg@fridleymn.gov or 763–572–3595.
