Golden Valley Architect Tapped to Design Possible New Luxury Vehicle Dealership

The design of a new 9,000-square-foot building for luxury vehicles could be in the hands of Golden Valley-based Steven Fichtel Architects, according to a recent article in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.

Morrie’s Automotive Group is planning on building the dealership “its Bentley and Maserati ultra-luxury franchises” reported the business Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, on a frontage road near Interstate 394.

It was reported the request to build is scheduled to come before the Minnetonka Planning Commission Jan. 17 and possibly to the Minnetonka City Council Jan. 28.
