• Golden Valley hires architecture firm to lead Civic Center Campus planning (hometownsource.com) — Golden Valley has hired Minneapolis-based Perkins&Will to lead a comprehensive master plan for the city’s Civic Center Campus, including City Hall, public safety buildings, the library, and public plaza. Planning starts in January, with construction potentially beginning in 2028 or 2029, reshaping how residents experience this 14-acre civic hub of green space, trails, and public services.
