Plans Submitted for New Apartment Building Near West End
The apartment plans have not yet been reviewed by the Golden Valley Planning Commission, according to Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal. The building will overlook the Shops at West End in St. Louis Park.
The Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal reported Tuesday that renderings for a new Golden Valley apartment complex are available.
The proposed complex is called Colonnade Apartments and would be constructed on Xenia Avenue near Interstate 394, according to the article.
Plans were just recently submitted by Trammel Crow Company. The Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal says that the apartment complex would be 173 units and include a pool and underground parking.
