The Robbinsdale Area Schools Achievement and Integration team is partnering with Nutrition Services to offer students a taste of sweet potato pie at lunch on Friday, February 25 in celebration of Black History Month. Nutrition Services is using Ms. Rose McGee’s recipe for the sweet potato pie. Ms. McGee is a fellow community member and founder of Sweet Potato Comfort Pie. You can find her pie recipe here. Please note, the pie does contain gluten, dairy, and eggs. This information has also been provided to school health staff.
